* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৮৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) Large Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of BO (Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor who fulfill the following criteria:
Must have specific experience in construction works of Piped Water Supply Scheme (Water Source, RCC Overhead Water Tank OHT, Water Treatment Plant with Operation & Maintenance, and Pipeline Network).
Note:
The awarded BO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five) years after completion of physical works with successful commissioning & trial run of the scheme. For this purpose, a quadripartite agreement has to be furnished along with submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill. The security bond will be released after successful Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years.
It is mandatory for all interested bidders/ Representatives along with JV partners/ Representatives to participate in the Pre tender meeting through the e-GP system to have a better understanding of the implementation modality of the scheme.
All other conditions as per TDS, PCC, GCC & PS (Sec-8).
