Tenderer Should be fulfiled below criteria , otherwise disqualified:
1. Valid e-TIN Certificate.
2. Tenderer have upto date VAT INCOME TAX, TRADE License
Certificate and Acknowledgement Receipt/ Certificate of Return of Income.
3. Valid Import License.
4. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years of General experience in the
supply of similar kinds of goods.
5. Tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization with contact details along
with domain e-mail address for proving authentication.
6. Tenderer must submit written commencements letter in his official pad
regarding supplied equipment according to the specification mentioned in the
tender document.
7. Tenderer must submit written commencements letter in his official pad
regarding the assurance of commissioning of supplied equipment whenever
purchaser required.
8. Tenderer shall have specific experience as Supplier at least
Tk.12,00,000.00 under one (1) contract successfully completed within the last
5 years,
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of
the Tenderer shall be Tk 18,00,000.00
