* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।

1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality, & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.
Special Instruction: (Please Read)
1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB.
3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
4) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6) Latest circular of CPTU and BWDB shall be implied.
7) After completion of the tender opening process, only downloaded documents of the tenderer from egp portal shall be treated as submitted documents.
8) The Contractor shall keep records of still pictures and videos of Pre-work, Ongoing work and Post work/Completion of work at his own cost.
