* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৭,৯১৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮৩,৭৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৭,৯১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮৩,৭৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have
1. A minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in the Supply of Lift and related services.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/ Bed Lift and related services (Supply,
Installation and commissioning of Lift) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05
(Five) years with a value of at least TK. 252.00 (Two Hundred Fifty two) Lac for each lot under any
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive
Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in
Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization ( not below the rank
of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD
of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed ( FORM-A).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 280.00 (Two Hundred Eighty) Lac.
4. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per TDS.
5. The tender must possess:
i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government
of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
6. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender. All other document as mentioned
in TDS and detail specification of Lift.
