Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years. (Must have)
2. The minimum specific experience in Installation of Solar Powered Street Light of at least 01 (One) contract of successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years,each with a value of at least Tk. 13,000,000.00 (One Crore Thirty lac). ( But, Under the BCCTF & Municipility are Preferable).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9,000,000.00 (Ninety lac) Only over the last 05 (Five) years. (Must have)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or orcredit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,000,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Lac). (Must have)
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 8,000,000.00 (Eighty Lac). (Must have )
6. Up to date ABC & Supervisory License copy. (Is Preferable).
7. ISO Certificate. (Is Preferable).
8. RJSC Listed company / Incorporation certificate . (Is Preferable).
9. Bank Solvency Certificate. (must have).
10. Submit List of Ongoing project. (Must have).
11. Submit of Completion Work Certificate. (Must have).
12. LED Light, Battery and Charge Controller must accompany test report from BCSIR/ BSTI/ BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ DUET or from any Accredited Laboratory. (As per SREDA Specification). (Must have)
13. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is only required for Light, Panel, Battery and Charge Controller. (Must have).
14. Business Address. (Must have)
15. Relavent & Valid Trade Licence. (Must have)
16. Update VAT Registration Certificate. (Must have)
17. Update TIN Registration & Certificate. (Must have)
