দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in the National e-GP system who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per the consent of CPTU, the tenderers shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of an online database system – TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidence (such as work experience certificates, ongoing works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list, etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within a short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. The evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
N.B.: 1. The tenderer shall maintain the highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstruction practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per the ITT clause of the Standard Tender Document.
