* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the construction works as prime contractor or Sub contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor of External Electrification Work Major in supply and installation of pump in a Single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 26,000,00.00 (Twenty Six Lac) in any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Private/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Private/Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate should be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done .
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30,000,00.00 (Thirty Lac) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.Liquid Assets must be submitted in the form of PG3.
d) i) Up to date Trade License, ii) Up to date TIN Certificate,iii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iv) Up to date ABC class contractor and supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board, v) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
e) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
