* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,২৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
b) Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) can participate.
c) Quoted amount of tender beyound 10 (Ten) percent above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
d) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
e) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
f) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
g) The following procedures/book lets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.
ii) Technical Specification.
iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB in connection with earth work/Excavation of Khal/Canel.
Special Condition:
1. Pre-work and Post-work will be taken by the BWDB officials and Contractor jointly.
2. Bill will be paid according to the Pre-work and Post-work measurement which may vary from the BOQ.
