--All tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) are eligible to participate in the tender.
Special Instruction:
--The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
-- Payment will be made according to the avalibility of fund but the work must be completed within the given time period. Otherwise Liquidity damage may be imposed.
--Transportation cost to PE office is included in item. Tenderer/Contractor cannot claim addional cost due to transportation or related other nominal services.
