* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) The Tenderer shall have min 05 Years experience for Operation and Maintenance of the lift.(B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1number of similar nature of works of Tk. 2.50 lac in a single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5years. (C)The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/ disributor of the lift ( XIZI UNITE ) manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.(D)Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift ( XIZI UNITE ) for the next 01year shall be submitted with the tender.(E) The bidder must be sole agent of the proposed brand.(F) Tenderer should perform repeated work according the requirment of PE (G) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5years amounting of Tk 2.50 lac with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities(work certificate) shall be submitted with the tender.(H)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.2.50 lac. Adequacy of minimum shall be Tk. 2.50 lac. Adequacy of min liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh(I) The min tender capacity shall be 3.20 lac. provide necessary information to calcuate tender capacity as specified in TDS.(J) Valid Trade License , Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, Update Electrical license(L) Update ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical license Board, GoB.
