This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :
Up to date Trade license, Income Tax Payment Certificate with payment slip and Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer must have 10 years contractor's general experience.
To submit updated own manufacturer plant certificate.
Original Catalogue must be submitted by the tenderer as per Technical Specification.
To provide Updated Certificate of ISO 9001-2015 & ISO-14001-2018 as Furniture manufacture.
To submit Certificate in Corporation.
To submit Updated valid Environment clearance Certificate.
To submit Furniture owners association Membership Certificate.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), IRC, ERC Certificate.
Lacquer Certificate from Authorized Authority.
Tenderer must have well planned Powder Coat Oven, Phosphate/Phosphate Plant.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) Years General Experience in the supply of furniture.
The satisfactory completion of Supply of similar furniture or related services of minimum Tk. 13.50 Lakh of Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies under maximum 01 (One) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years. The above experience / work completion certificate from head of the institute or authorised person. (Not the work order or contract agreement copy)
The minimum amount of unconditional Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 16.75 Lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form ePG2 must be submitted for this purpose.
Others Must Required Documents as specified in Section : e-Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PG2 -1), TDS, PCC & GCC.
