7. Manufacturer Authorization Letter must be submitted. Only authorized Sole distributer in Bangladesh can participate in the tender.
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
9. Certificate of Incorporation.
10. MCCI certificate must be submitted with tender documents.
11. Tenderer must have to submit Minimum 50 Nos. of own Sales, service, spare parts (3S Center) center with address throughout the country.
12. Tenderer have to submit last 02 years Audit report with DVC number.
