3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility should be for Tk. 40.00 (Fourty Lac).
4. Should have the following documents: VAT registration Certificate, Updated Income TAX Certificate, Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, Experience Certificate and all other qualifications will be applicable as specified in TDS.
