প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers with Bangladeshi Nationality regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification
Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
2. Tenderers shall mention the full name of their business firm ( no abbreviation is allowed) for both individual and joint venture participation.
3. In the case of JVCA , All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually. To ensure Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover,
etc.) in JVCA the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement, etc.) in favor of percent share among all Joint Venture partners.
4. A list of year-wise breakdown (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website) of turn over must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates may result in exclusion of tenderer from evaluation process or the Tenderer will not be evaluated.
5. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutiny during tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
6. The tenderer shall submit item wise analysis of rate in support of this quoted rates.
7. All other information and condition for eligibility of a Tenderer are available in TDS and ITT.
N.B.: If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
