* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 08 (Eight) years.

2. The Tenderers Having experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) number of Civil Construction Works Amounting to a Minimum Tk.55.00 (Fifty-Five) Lac in a Single Tender in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5(five) years and those are Certified by End User.

3. Minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 75.00 (Seventy-five) lac over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for Last 3 months] or credit facility issued by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh mentioning the Tender Invitation Number, Name of the Tender, Name of the Procuring Entity and Amount not less than BDT Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.Tenderer’s Financial Institute is advised to use the Form PW3-7 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW3.The document PW3 can be downloaded from CPTU website.
5. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac.
6. Other requirements of the Tenderer conditions of the tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
