* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in supplying similar goods and related services.
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier/Tenderer in supply of similar goods and related services in Govt./semi-Govt./autonomous bodies/Bank/Financial Institutions must be at least 01 (One) contract each valuing not less than Tk.14.50 Lakh in a single work order successfully completed (must submit work completion certificates) within last 05 (five) years.
3.The Minimum Supply and /Or Production Capacity per year shall be twice the required package quantity of similar goods.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (form PG3-8),of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.20 Lakh issued within tender publication date to tender closing date (document/certificate must be submitted as per e-GP guideline).
5.Up-to- date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted.
6.Certificate of Incorporation (If Applicable).
7.Copy Of printing press declaration.
8.Authorization letter for bid signing authority.
9.Affidavit of legal capacity by the authorized person of the tenderer (If Applicable).
10.Other terms and conditions in the tender datasheet (TDS) of the tender document will be applicable.
