কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any individuals or Enlisted farms of BMDA or other Govt./semi Govt./ Autonomous organization registered in the e-GP system. (i) who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in TDS (Section-2), PCC (Section-4), Section-5, Section-6 and other terms and conditions of the tender document, (ii) who has updated valid trade license, VAT certificate and Updated certificate of income tax clearance (Copy of these documents must be submitted with the tender).
2. The tenderer shall have experience of similar works (i.e. digging of khal, khari, canals, rivers, ponds, beels, dighi, large ditches etc. by modern excavator machine & other equipment as described in section 7) successfully completed over the last 5 years from the date of publishing of the tender in the e-GP system in a single contract amounting of Tk. 15.00 Lakh The annual average turnover will be as tender document.
3. Tenderers must submit performance certificate mentioning progress of running works.
4. The minimum amount of Free Funds (liquid assets)/Credit Facility Tk. 10.00 Lakh, Tender Capacity and Tender Security will be according tender document (In case of Bank Solvency Certificate, it must be from any e-GP enlisted Bank and must be in favour of BMDA, Naogaon Region-1 mentioning the respective e-GP ID).
5. Tenderer who has submitted false/fake document/certificate in earlier this tender in Increse Crop Production by Removing Water Logging through Underground Pipe Line at Manda Upazilla in Naogaon District, will not be considered for evaluation in this tender.
6. Experience certificate issued below Executive Engineer or equivalent officer will not be accepted for evaluation.
In all the cases above, the terms and conditions of the tender documents will be followed. If your tender does not meet these conditions, it may not be accepted by the HOPE.
