* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and Related Service as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
 b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of Medtronic Craniotome Machine with Accessories (High-Tech Medical Equipment) at least 01 (one) contract (s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 35.00 (Thirty Five Lac ) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body /Private Organization of Bangladesh. 
c) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of BDT 40.00 (Fifty) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. 
  
d) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from lift manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-5 form attached in section-6)
 e Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from manufacturer must be submitted.
 f) Market Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
g) OthersTerms and conditions must be fulfilled (attached in section-6)
h) The intending renderers must have enclosed VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to date Trade License,up to date valid import License, Audit Repot past 3 Years, Litigation current with past 3 years ,Import Regestration Certicate (IRC),Written Signatory Authurisation
i) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
