প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 37.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75.00 lac over the last five (5) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE Office.
03. Liquid asset should be tk. 25.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date. In case of submitting credit facility it should be collected on a date after tender publishing date against the work with tender ID with the same amount.
04. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
05. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
06. Tender submission, evaluation criteria etc. have been described in details in TDS.
07. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
08. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
09. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
