* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least Single contract of Single Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk [As per Tender Data Sheet Clause ITT 15.1(b)]
3. Up to Dated Trade License, Vat Registration, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2022-2023), Bank Solvency Certificate from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh etc.
4. The required Average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk [As per Tender Data Sheet Clause ITT 16.1(a)]
The period best three (3) years in the last five (5) years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-2023).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk [As per Tender Data Sheet Clause ITT 16.1(b)]
