প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last Five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 650 (Six Hunderd and Fifty) Lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 700 (Seven Hunderd) Lac per years over the last Five (05) years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable. [years counting backward from the date of publication of Tender]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format (Form PW3-7)] of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 120 (One Hunderd and Twenty) Lac. Not before Tender publication date.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 700 (Seven Hunderd) Lac.
6. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
7. Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate (13 Digit).
8.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
9. Satisfying other criteria laid down in TDS.
