The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate from NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 2.2 [Two point two] Lakh.
The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
Replacement guarantee 1 (one) year for all goods.
The tenderer must have to fill up full detailed Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4)
All supplied goods will be new and unused.
The tenderer have to supply all goods in faridpur 50 MW peaking power plant store.
NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
