দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate of civil construction from Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous Organization.
2. The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Civil works) of at least Tk. 35,00000 ( Thirty Five Lac) under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years.
3. The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.6500000 (Sixty Five Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years or over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
4.The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 29,50,000 (Twenty Nine Lac Fifty Thousand) only issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e- Tender. The credit commitment issued by certain banks must strictly follow the e-GP guidelines of “Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit(Form PW2a-3)” of Standard Tender Document uploaded on e-GP. Other formats shall not be accepted.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4200000 (Forty Two Lac ) only
