8. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer must be in his Bank account statement.
9. The Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of work of at least 200000 Taka in the previous two financial year in Distribution Division, BPDB, Feni.
