2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [40 lakh] over the last [03 (three)] years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [35 lakh]
4. Trade license, VAT , Income Tax cerificate.
