প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub - Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 ( Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 20.00 (Twenty point zero zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 30.00 ( Thirty point zero zero) crore Payment certificates shall be submitted by the bidder must be issued from NBR/ Tax office.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 (Five point zero zero) Crore.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 21.00 ( Twenty one point zero zero) Crore.
7. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
