দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration, TIN certificate and National ID card.
b) It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not be able to open the file, noclaim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
d) Tender evaluation will be done following Standard Tender Documents.
e) A detailed list of work in hand/on-going works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extraclaim will be entertained in this regard.
g) If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.
h) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority.
i) Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertainedin this regard.
j) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
k) Payment will be made upon availability of budget/fund.
N:B: All non-life insurance for any Public property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima corporation in accordance with the InsuranceCorporation Act, 2019
