দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Only Rubber Belt Manufacturer’s or their designated dealer’s/ agent can participate in the tender.
Manufacturer must submit at least 03 (Three) years’ Experience Certificate on similar works along with the Tender.
The bidder must be submitted End User Certificate of the Belt Conveyor.
Attested Copy of BSTI Certification marks (CM) license should be submitted along with the Tender.
Supplied Belt will be tested from Govt. Polytechnic Institute/BSTI/ BUET/CUET or any other Engineering University after initial verification by the Engineer of user Department. Belt will be accepted if satisfactory test result found. The full cost of the Belt Test will be bear by the supplier.
Bidder submit 01 (One) meter of conveyor belt for each item according to size along with the offer as a sample.
If the supplied conveyor belt quality is rejected, the supplier should be supplied new belt as soon as possible. Rejected belt will be stored in DAPFCL Store until further receipt of new belt.
The Supplied Belt must provide a Warranty Certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 06 (Six) month. 10% of Total value will be deducted for 06 (Six) month warranty period
If any supplier wants to supply the Belt of any foreign manufacturer, then the manufacturer’s ISO Certificate, Warranty Certificate should be submitted along with the tender. Moreover, Test Certificate, Shipment document etc. must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods. Besides, all the above conditions will remain in force. BSTI Certification marks will not be required for submission of ISO Certificate only.
