প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Experience of successful completion of at least one number of works of the similar nature works successfully completed i.e. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Generators under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization worth minimum 12.00 Lakhs in single contract. The completion certificate for successful completion should be issued to an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of the department/ organization concerned. (Work completion certificate must be attached).
(ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility of the tenderers shall be Rs.14.00 lakhs for each lot and in case of bank account (Deposit A/C or Loan A/C), bank statement must be attached and closed. The balance on a particular day will be considered as working capital. The Bidder shall instruct the Recognized Bank Authority to furnish the latest balance and statement required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even during evaluation in case the Bidder is successful in multiple lots/IDs in respect of Bank Statements submitted by the Bidder. (In the same notification published in the newspaper). Amount of liquid assets should satisfy ≥ lot x minimum amount of liquid assets]; Otherwise the bidder will be disqualified for multiple lots.
(iii) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
(iv) Upto date ABC license.
(v) The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents.
(vi) Satisfying other criteria stated in the TDS/PCC
