The tenderer bearing any litigation history in implementation of any public works will not be participatory in the tender.
If the Bidder's rates are found Excessive Less or above than the estimated Price (Frond Loading) in this regards decision of the TEC committee considered final.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc. as stated/required in TDS) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available correctly on specified forms.
The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects.
If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
