দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
1. The tenderer should have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience as a general suppliers or supply of goods and related services.
2. The tenderer shall have to submit the latest copy of trade license, Income Tax, VAT registration and authorization from the Manufacturer(s).
3. The tenderer must submit Factory Acceptance Test procedure supported with relevant printed literature and certificates.
4. The Tenderer should have confirmed to provide service or maintenance after installation within the warranty period and at least 5 (five years) after the warranty period.
5. All terms and conditions are applicable set by BPR and/or PPR-2008.
