1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 55 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80 lakh over the last 5 years
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 lakh .Use standard format in case of line of credit.
