প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the all kinds of construction works as Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature Civil Maintenanc/Renovation works successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 (eight) lakhs.
(c) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.7.00 (seven) lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable.
(d) The minimum tender capacity shall be :Tk.10 (ten) lakhs.
(e) Up-to-date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration.
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
