* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in
Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
(b) The minimum specific experience in similar nature construction Works of BDT 90,00,000.00
(Ninety lakh) in a single contract successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years in
Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization . Years counting backward from
the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT
140,00,000.00 (One Hundred Fourty lakh) over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the
Tenderer shall be BDT 70,00,000.00 (Seventy lakh) .
Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued
between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract,
(in the form of PW3-7)
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be BDT 100,00,000.00 (One Hundred lakh).
(g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and
Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown TDS & PCC of
tender documents
