* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The tenderer shall be the local manufacturer who has an industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from a directorate of Environment (DOE),
2) The tenderer shall have three years of overall production & supplying experiences of distribution transformers in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the egp system.)
3) The tenderer shall have two years of specific experiences supply of similar goods (i.e. 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization
4) Manufacturing companies shall have ISO 9001:2015 certificates (standards for quality management systems) and ISO 14001:2015 certificates (stands for environmental management system) to be submitted with the tender document.
5) The tenderer shall submit a satisfactory test certificate of offered goods from BUET/RUET/MIST or any other Government recognized organization.
6) The tenderer shall submit a sample of 01 nos 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer, 01 nos DOFC and 01 nos Lightning Arrestor before submission of tender to the address mentioned in TDS, The original Receipt of sample submission must be enclosed with the tender document.
7) Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to prove their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
All experience certificates to be submitted as per the prescribed format of PPR -2008 (as per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
