B)Tenderer who possed i)Upto date Trade license ii) Upto date income TAX Certificate ii) Upto date VAT Registration Certificate. C) Minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK. 50 (Fifty) Lacs within the period of tender Publication to tender submission date.
i) supporting by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i)Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c)For Credit line/ Credit commitment i)Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional.
D) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of one number of Site Development/Earth Filling Works in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years(years counting backward from the date of submission of Tender. The value of site development/ Earth Filling work in a single contract as a similar work at least Tk.125 Lacs (One Crore Twenty Five Lacs) (Work order &completion certificate must be enclosed).
