* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction or renovation works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction or renovation works under a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.40,00,000.00 ( Forty Lakh Taka Only) in any government, semi government or autonomous organization.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00,000.00 (Taka Sixty Lakh Only).
The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Only) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 8 (Particular Specifications), must be used.
Only for system requirement, you are requested to quote unit price in e-PW3, Section 6, Form Name- "Schedule of Day Works" . For example, unit price is 0.001. Once it is quoted will not be considered in total quoted amount.
