General experience of Three (03) years in Electrical-Mechanical field the supply of Generator and related services.
Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2022-23) with acknowledgement Slip.
Valid VAT & TIN certificate
Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Diesel Generator of minimum value 20.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last five years (from the date of IFT).
Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of concerned district.
The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderes shall be 19.00 Lac Taka as bank’s (any scheduled bank) credit commitment as per STD format of this tender
Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand.
Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand.
Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
The tenderer bearing any litigation history in implementation of any public works will not be participatory in the tender.
If the tender price is found Excessive Less or above (Front Loading) than the estimated price, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
If the proposed Generator brand by the bidder which is other than the mentioned brand in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
