* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 3 years.
3. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 3 years with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 Lakh Only.
4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form)of Tk. 12.50 Lakh. (form uploaded in section 7)
5. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3(Three) years of Tk. 25.00 Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
6. The tender capacity is Tk 20.00 Lakh. Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of on-going works/commitments, form uploaded in section 7)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
