* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years overall experience in the Business.
b) The Tenderer will have to submit Warranty- Compressor-05 Years, Spare Parts - 02 years and free service o1 years from the date of acceptance.
c) The satisfactory completion of any type of Inverter Air conditioner supply of minimum BDT 9 Lac in the last 03(Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
d) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate , (b) TIN Certificate, (c) Valid Trade License, (d) Bank Solvency Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate.
e) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 9 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
f) The Tenderer will have to submit Original Manufacturer authorization letter required &Catalogue (if any/as per Specification)
g) The Tenderer will have to submit ISO Certified own service center.
h) The Tenderer will have to submit All Air Conditioner type will be Inverter Technology.
