* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Maintenance/Repair/Supply works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Maintenance/Repair/Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 55,35,000.00 BDT
5. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in the progress of completion from a respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk-82,65,000.00 BDT over the last 5 years.
6. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 22,14,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up to date Trade License.
ii) Up to date VAT Registration.
iii) Up to date TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) Workshop Facilities
8. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents. Manufacturer ISO Certificate-9001
9. One sample must be submitted a day before the closing of the tender & one received copy will be uploaded in e-GP system.
