প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The eligibility of Tenderers would be as per The Public Procurement Act-2006, The Public Procurement Rules-2008 and the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
c) The Bidder must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate from NBR, Trade license & National ID along with the tender.
d) The experience certificate of successfully completed of the above mentioned supply & related services issued by the officer not below the rank of executive engineer of concerned department of organization must be submitted along with the tender.
e) The Tenderers must be authorized Dealer/Agent in Bangladesh of the Original Manufacturer and a certificate/Authorization letter from the manufacturer must be furnished with the tender.
f) The Tenderer must have own workshop or have an agreement with a workshop to provide after sales service facility with necessary manpower, tools and equipment and must submit related documents of workshop.
g) In technical specification data sheet for evaluation purpose tenderer must have to fill up offered technical data in technical data sheet. If tenderer write only comply without writing technical data following the catalogue or brochure in that case tenderer will be consider non-responsive/rejected.
