প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Update trade license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5(five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Civil Construction work /Civil maintanance work order value of minimum Tk. 3.0(three) lac under minimum  1 (one) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years in PGCB or goverment owned electrical organization or company.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.6.0 (six) lac in the best 3(three) years over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.0 (four) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 45 (forty five) days .
