* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.9.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 3.00 lac. Incase of Bank Statment deposit must remain 02 (Two) consecutive working days (from date of publication to submission date). Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work ie single Tender ID. certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2022-23(Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), VAT Registration Certificate (up to date) & Valid Trade License (up to date)
6. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
8. Up to date EED License must be submitted
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. If previous work of a tenderer does not satisfactory and does not complete any work within stipulated time otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
