* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years.
b) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer at least 01 (one) contract of similar work completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 55.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.(i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).The above experience/ work completion certificate in a prescribed form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 45.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 Lac.
e) Minimum Tender Capacity 70.00 Lac.
f) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License
g) Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC
