* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

The Tenderer shall have:
General experience of Three (03) years
Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
Valid tax clearance certificate ( Tax year-2022-23)
Valid VAT & TIN certificate
Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.6.
Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 36.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt./Semi govt/autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for Single Lift.
Certificate of specific work experience obtained form organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of concerned district.
The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 41.00 Lac for single Lift as per STD format of this tender.
Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of lift
Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of lift
Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS &PCC of this tender12.
If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
