দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Special Notes:
1) The cost of these packages are comprised of GoB grant and IFAD Loan. IFAD Loan will not be reimbursed for works, which could not be completed by May, 2024.
2) As part of financial management, both GoB part and IFAD part shall be paid against Running Arrear Bills, if the achievement at field level progress is equal to or more than pro-rata progress on the date of entry of RA Bill.
3) In case of failure to complete the works of these packages with in May, 2024, payment from IFAD Loan part shall not be made and will not be reimbursed. Only after Revision of RDPP of CDSP-B(AF) (BWDB part), payments payable from IFAD Loan part for completed works shall be decided upon approval from competent authority of Government of Bangladesh. For total completion of works of these packages within May 2024, both GoB Grant and IFAD Loan part shall be paid, in full.
Eligibilities:
1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through the e-GP portal.
2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
3. Payment will be paid on the availability of fund.
4. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.
6. The contractor has to keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer. (Circular attached in Section
7. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW3-7. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.(Standard Format attached in section-07).
