দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms/Suppliers who have minimum 7 (Seven) years of general experience.
2. Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 1 (One) number of  Building construction  works  or vertical extension works including Civil , Sanitary, Electrical works  or simillar nature of works  amounting worth not less than Tk.50.00 Lakh only in a single tender in Govt./Semi Govt . /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 ( Five ) years.     
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 85.00 lakh over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
4. The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.42.78 lakh  Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-D or PW2a-3.
5. The tenderer must have a minimum tender capacity of Tk.68.00 Lakhs.
6. The tenderer must possess;
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) Commitment with the EIA & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID 19 AF PROJECT and Anti corruption guideline (as section-7: General Specifications) . All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4).
