* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Special Notes:
1) The cost of this package is comprised of GoB grant and IFAD Loan. IFAD Loan will not be reimbursed for works, which could not be completed by May, 2024.
2) As part of financial management, both GoB part and IFAD part shall be paid against Running Arrear Bills, if the achievement at field level progress is equal to or more than pro-rata progress on the date of entry of RA Bill.
Eligibilities:
1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through the e-GP portal.
2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
3. Payment will be paid on the availability of fund.
4. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.
6. No fees will be provided for the preparation and submission of the offer.
7. The contractor has to keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer. (Circular attached in Section 7).
8. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW3-7. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.(Letter of Commitment enclosed in General Specification).
9. Volume of work may be increased or decreased depending upon the actual field condition.
