The following Instruction and attached specifications will be included in the tender schedule:

i) The Contractor will provide Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicle’s (Van) as per design, schedule specification & estimate to Pourashava Office concerned Authority. As per design, specifications & estimate, the Pourashava Office & Consultants will receive Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicle’s (Van) from the Contractor.

ii) The Contractor will supply Waste Baskets at his own arrangement to Government Organizations, Semi government organizations, Autonomous organizations, Market, Park, Stands, different Important places, etc. which quantity is decided at the Pourashava TLCC (Town Level Coordination Committee) meeting/Pourashava Authority.

iii) Waste Baskets receiving certificate will be collected from supplied organization/authority head or competent representative with countersign of concerned Pourashava Office & Consultants which is necessary for bill purposes.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
